Yes i am talking about Real Estate which is 2nd best profession in the world but ironically most neglected sector of Pakistan. But today we are not going to do nitpicking but to show u the plan and road map what we are going to do in the next 10 years and what we have done so far to achieve that vision which is called Vision 2030.In simple I am going to tell you that what kind of massive work is going on in the sector of Real estate currently in our country. And here i would like to highlight the holistic approach which has been use to revolutionize this industry.

So prop-tech is a software which is being used by the countries which have most sophisticated Real estate structure.And soon we will see it in Pakistan. Prop-tech is basically a software through which all the inventory of real estate of Pakistan will be digitized and the concerned info will be available for client just on one click.

Due to the increasing population vertical expansion of cities is need of an hour.And vertical expansion is only possible when investors come in our country and build new vertical structures in our cities but that is only possible when we are fortunate enough to provide them the Real estate Bylaws, Transparency and in short ease of doing business.And this is possible when we update our Bylaws and rules/regulation to meet the current requirements.And digitization of the real estate industry will help overseas Pakistanis to develop trust  and this way we will be successful if they come to Pakistan with their investments.

By concluding this blog i advocate that if Govt and private sector work on this industry and develop trust for the investors, Then this industry has the potential to produce millions of jobs and to change the landscape of Pakistan
