TV Lounge and Bedroom

Not only does television in the bedroom keep us up later at night, but there are also studies that indicate watching television before bed actually disrupts sleep cycles. Removing the television from your bedroom results in more sleep and better sleep… which means you'll have a better rested, more productive day.

That's because electronics emit a particular type of blue light that is capable of triggering the brain to stop making melatonin. Even if your eyelids start to droop while you watch TV, you're not immune. You might feel like you can fall asleep just fine after your show wraps up, but your sleep can still be affected.



If you have a space in your house we will suggest you to make a separate tv lounge. You can enjoy more while watching tv in living room with having coffee or something else.Now a days it is a necessary thing and it give a good feel and you can make and follow a timetable.

I think it's a good idea to remove TV from bedroom and it would be great to have a study place ( book shelve,chair and reading desk) replacing the TV area which allow you to study during sleepless night . also I think it would be great if we put special activity like counting sheet on ceiling for person who has sleep problem at night.
